Suspect sought in second armed robbery in two days in Gig Harbor
Gig Harbor Police are seeking a suspect in the armed robbery of the GameStop store on Olympic Drive that occurred Saturday, March 4.
It was the second robbery involving a handgun in Gig Harbor in as many days. Police arrested a suspect in the robbery of a convenience store on Friday, March 3.
The suspect in Saturday’s robbery is described as a white male in his 30s, about 6-feet tall and weighing about 300 pounds. He had short, dark hair, but a mask covered much of his face.
According to a Gig Harbor Police social media post, the suspect walked into the store at about 6 p.m. Saturday. He spoke with a clerk for a few minutes, then produced a handgun and demanded money.
The clerk handed over some cash. Then the suspect walked out, got into a vehicle and drove away. No vehicle description was available.
On Saturday, at 6:00 pm, this suspect robbed the Gig Harbor Game Stop at gunpoint. He is described as a white male, 30-40 YOA, 6′, 300# with short dark brown hair.

The case is not related to the armed robbery the previous evening at a convenience store on Pioneer Way, according to Gig Harbor Police.
