Nearly three dozen local artists will be on hand in their studios to show and sell their work during this weekend’s Open Studio Tour.

Arts & Entertainment stories are made possible in part by the Gig Harbor Film Festival, a proud sponsor of Gig Harbor Now.
Artists will answer questions about what inspires them and talk about their creative processes. Many will also demonstrate how they create their artwork.
Featured media include paintings, photography, jewelry, sculpture and stained glass.
The free, self-guided tour takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 15 through 17) in 22 studios in South Kitsap, Gig Harbor and Fox Island. Click here for a tour map. (Note that Studio 15 will not be open and Maureen Reilly won’t be participating in Studio 22.)
