Heron’s Key scholarships awarded to 12 local high school seniors

Since 2018, residents of Heron’s Key senior living community have awarded scholarships to local high school seniors to continue their education. A 17-year-old woman and her 23-year-old brother told police they had been shot at while driving on 38th Avenue in Gig Harbor at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 6.
