Margaret “Meg” Evelyn Davis, 76, of Longbranch, Washington, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2024. Born on September 13, 1947, in Bangor, Maine, she was raised by her mother and grandmother in Brooklyn, New York. Meg received a scholarship and graduated from Packer High School then Cornell School of Nursing, dedicating her life to a compassionate career as a Registered Nurse, including roles in home care, AIDS treatment, homeless shelters, burn units, and public schools.

Meg, known for her resilience and resourcefulness, embraced a life filled with love and community. She moved to the Pacific Northwest with her husband Jeff Davis, and raised two children in Seattle. Later, she relocated to the beautiful Key Peninsula, where she enjoyed gardening, raising animals, and the beauty of nature with her partner, Linda. She was involved in music and art groups within the community and occasionally volunteered at local events. A cherished mother and grandmother, Meg is survived by her partner Linda, children Rebecca (Sean) and Matthew (Akiko), and grandson Tyler. She was predeceased by her son Jeremy.

Meg’s legacy of love, kindness, and community lives on through her family and friends. She will be fondly remembered for her warmth, dedication, and the joy she brought to those around her.
