As the ASB president and president of the People for Inclusivity (PI) club, Charlie demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and a deep commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive school community.
Under his guidance, these organizations have flourished, promoting unity, understanding and empathy among students. Charlie’s favorite teacher, Emily, serves as a guiding force, instilling in him a sense of responsibility and a drive to always strive for excellence.

Future plans and continued service
After graduating from high school, Charlie plans to take a gap year dedicated to furthering his commitment to community service, exploring new places through travel, and gaining work experience. His involvement in various community service activities, including volunteering with the Scouts, the Haunted Forest of Maple Valley, the Tacoma Humane Society, and the Interact club, underscores his dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. Additionally, Charlie’s service trip to Guatemala this semester exemplifies his dedication to serving communities in need, both locally and globally.
