Finding inspiration in family

Abbie finds her greatest inspiration in her parents, Katie and Matt Hunter. “They have supported me through everything and helped me become the person I am today,” she says. Their encouragement has been a steady source of strength as she navigated her high school years.

High school memories to cherish

Abbie reflects on her high school experience with a sense of nostalgia, knowing she’ll miss the daily interactions with friends and the vibrant school spirit. “I’ll miss getting to come to school and see my friends every day,” she says. She also cherishes the memories of fun sporting events and the sense of community that characterized Gig Harbor High School.

Guidance for incoming freshmen

Abbie’s advice for incoming freshmen is simple but meaningful: “Try new things and meet new people.” She encourages newcomers to step out of their comfort zones and take advantage of the diverse opportunities that high school offers.
